Welcome, (hopefully) fellow humans!

Hi! So, are you gonna read my blog or what? Why are you still reading this? This is boring! Either read the freakin blog or go away! I'm sorry, that was rude. Let me rephrase: Either read the freakin blog or please go away.
P.S. Save the penguins!

Hmm, so...yeah

So, I have decided that I am now going to change this blog into a review site as well as me spewing my problems and thoughts to the web. Thankfully, for you guys, the spewing is not projectile. I shall make my first review for the movie Twilight. Okay, here goes...

-*SPOILER ALERTS SPOILER ALERTS SPOILER ALERTS*-

OMG!!!!! It's so hard to sound professional when you absolutely love a movie! But I LOVED the movie! Being the avid fan that I am and always will be, I saw it the first time at midnight on Thursday. Anyone who waited to get a full night's sleep and see it during the day on Friday still has a shred of sanity, and I applaud you. But I saw it before you, so *nyah*!!!

Anyway, I originally thought the actors they chose weren't going to do a good job, but I was mistaken. Rob Pattinson, playing the deliciously sexy Edward, was amazing! Even though he's British, he did a fantastic American accent. And Kristen Stewart did a very good job playing Bella, which is a tough role. All of the Cullens were well chosen, especially Jasper and Carlisle. Oh. My. God. Jasper expressions through the whole movie were hilarious! And Carlisle, holy poop, I wish he was my doctor!!

*SPOLIER ALERT!!! SPOILER ALERT!!*
There were a couple things I didn't like about the movie, though. For one, Edward and Bella never said "I love you" to each other. That pissed me off just a tad. Another thing they could have done better was make Edward sparklier!! I wanted serious sparkling and dazzling! But it's too late now.

So, yeah, it was amazing. And they're going to make New Moon, another thing most Twilight fans are excited about. But I think the Twilight movie divided the world of Twilight fans in half. One half loved the movie, the other half hated it. The friend I went to see it with at midnight said, and I quote, "It was lame!" I, as you can easily guess, disagreed. Enough of my babbling.

So, what did you think of Twilight?

If you like Maximum Ride, read this!

Hey everybody! This post is entirely dedicated to one of the awesomest books series in the world, Maximum Ride! Have you read it? As I previously stated, it's awesome!! If you've read it, have you read any fanfictions about it? Some of them are really cool and totally go with the story, others are just plain weird, but still really good. If you're wondering why I'm babbling about fanfictions, it probably because I am writing one! Of what, you might ask? If you've been paying attention at all, you'll know. Those who haven't, go back and reread this whole post! If you're curious, here's the link:

If you want, review pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease!!!!

(oh em gee that's a lot of "If you"s)

OMG Twilight Movie!!!!!

OMG!!! Okay so there's this book series I'm sure all of you have heard about. It's called Twilight and it's the best book series EVUH!!!! If you have read it and loved it, you are my new best friend. If you haven't read it, go read it NOW!!!!! If you read it and you didn't like it, you can go to hell. Just kidding ;). So anywayz, the movie was originally set to come out December 12th, but it got switched because the new Harry Potter movie was moved to next summer. (Take that all you not-Twilight-fans-Harry-Potter-fans! Vamps kick wizard butt any day!) So now Twilight comes out November 21st!!! Yayz!!! I must admit that when I saw who the cast was I wasn't particularly ecstatic, but since I saw the trailers and other various short vids on various websites, I'm totally psyched!!! Everytime I think about it I pretty much start hyperventilating. The cast, if you don't know who they are, are as follows:

Bella: Kristen Stewart (that chick from Zathura and The Others)
Sexward (I mean Edward): Robert Pattinson (you know, the guy who played Cedric Diggory in HP4)
Jacob: Taylor Lautner (Sharkboy from that stupid movie)
Carlisle: Peter Facinelli
Esme: Elizabeth Reaser
Alice: Ashely Greene
Jasper: Jackson Rathbone
Emmett: Kellan Lutz
Rosalie: Nikki Reed

Those are all the important characters. I'm too lazy to put who everybody is. I can't think of anything else to write now, so byeas!

Haven't been on here in a while...

Oh my garnet! (I do not own this phrase, it is owned by Fred from Youtube. If you don't know who Fred is, you have no life. If you do know who he is, you also have no life, 'cuz your on Youtube all day. Fred stalkers....) Anywayz, I haven't been on here in, what? 3, 4 months? I completely forgot this existed. I'm sorry to all my dedicated readers. (Which is none) Well, since I have nothing remotely interesting to write about at the moment, I bid you all adieu.

Yes. I'm back!

Ok so I got back like 2 weeks ago, but here is some of the stuff we did while in the Lone Star State, and in locations leading up to the latter:

Our fabulous journey began with a one hour flight to Detroit in a dinky little plane. I mean, seriously, the thing was a tin can! When we arrived in Detroit, we walked/ran to get to our gate, A77, which was like, at the other end of the freaking airport! When we got there, huffing and puffing, lo and behold! Our gate had been moved! To freaking A5!! Luckily, the flight was late and we still had an hour till we left. But when we got on the plane, we sat there for like, a half hour! I was relieved to finally be in the air, but we were an hour late, so that was a bummer. Gazing out the plane window the clouds that high looked more like rolling hills covered with snow, 'cept for the occasional lumpiness where it looked like a snowball landed. My cousin **not disclosing his name** brought his camera, which is, like, the same kind pro photographers use, so I hope he got a snapshot, because I definitely thought it was a Kodak moment. Unfortunately, the sun was in my eyes for practically the entire time till it set, which I did not particularly like. Oh. And I forgot to mention. I stole a SkyMall magazine. *muahahahaha!!* Hehe.

The sunset was amazing though. It was so surreal, like looking at a moving painting. Just like me to forget my camera!! *grr* After the sun disappeared behind the clouds, the sky turned a beautiful, deep navy blue color. Then, I noticed a little later, something odd was happening. It looked as if a pink-orange sun was descending through the clouds. I thought it looked sooo cool. I internally cursed myself for forgetting my camera! *grr again* About an hour/hour and a half later, we started to descend, and my ears hurt like h-e-double hockeystix! That was probably one of the most painful landings I've ever had. AND, when we were in baggage claim, my dad lost his suitcase! Uber-Grr!! We finally arrived where we were staying at, like, 1:30 am, and I was sooooo tired. Finally we went to bed. *snore/breathe loudly/other bodily noises made whilst sleeping*

Our first full day in Texas consisted of (in order):
-swimming
-playing slots
-playing pool
-learning and playing Blackjack
-eating lunch
-swimming again
-Blackjack again (I won entire game once XD)
-pool again
-slots again
-exploring property of house we were staying at
-dinner
-most of family swimming while I sat on deck laffing my butt off at my slightly eccentric relatives
-watching America's Got Talent
-shower
-bed

So there you have it. Riveting, isn't it? I was too lazy to explain each day so here are the better parts of the week:

One of the days we went in to San Antonio and we rode a boat on the Riverwalk, and we walked along the Riverwalk. And I had a fabulous smoothie meal substitute for lunch! It was very hot that day, but the shade from the trees along the bank of the river cooled us off. Oh, and by the way, the river is puny! I mean, it's about the width of my house from front to back! But it's still very beautiful. After the Riverwalk that day, we ventured forth to the Mexican Market, where everything is as cheap as stuff you'd find at a Dollar General. (Cheap in price, not in cheesiness) I bought a FABULOUS blue dress that you would where when you're salsa dancing or something. And I also bought a fan (no, not an electric one, it's like one of those pretty one's women in Victorian times used). In Bandera, where we were staying, we also went shopping. The store's there sell lots of stuff with cowboys and such. A couple of the stores had really girly stuff, like boots and belts and hats with rhinestones and fancy cheaper jewelry that you could never wear anywhere. The general store had ice cream, and I got ice cream called "Krazy Kolors", but we call it Superman ice cream. It was like eating Playdoh colored ice cream. My mouth and tongue and teeth were blue for most of the rest of the day, haha. The last day we were there, we ate at this bar-b-que place that had fabulous cheeseburgers! (I'm not really partial to bar-b-que).

Finally, we left for **not disclosing my home state**. I was soooo happy to be home! To listen to familiar radio stations, to drive on flat roads instead of hilly ones! But I will miss the dry heat of the south-west. My hair didn't turn all frizzy in the morning, which was an uber plus! (yes, I like saying "uber". Shut up.)

So there you have it! My journey to the Southwest. Hope you enjoyed, and if you quit reading this halfway through, you made all the kitten's in the world cry! How could you?? How do you live with yourself??

P.S. I didn't turn into a lobster!!!!!!! No need for the aloe vera dedicated reader friends!!! :)

Voyage to the South

Ok. So tomorrow I shall be leaving our beloved state of *not saying which state because I'm just paranoid that way* and voyaging to the Lone Star State. Yes! TEXAS! Home of rodeo and the Dallas Cowboys! (wait, the Dallas Cowboys are from Texas, right?) Anyway, yee-haw! I'll be sure to pick up some cowboy boots when I get there. Ooh! And a hat, too! Then my fabulous southern attire will be complete!

But I digress. I'm most likely going to be fried to probably the color of a red Mustang when I get back, because it's supposed to be, like, in the 100's, degree-wise, the whole time we are there, so all my wonderful, dedicated friends who read my blog, make sure you have aloe vera by the bucketful on ready mode when I get back!! (Or I'll get lucky and only be browned like a cookie!)

The reason we are venturing forth into the scorching desert we call a state (okay it's not all desert....most of it's not desert I think...) is that my grandparents' 50th anniversary is next year, and they wanted to have a party this year, for some odd reason, which we are faithfully attending, 'cause we are just loving that way.

I will miss all of you because I probably won't be able to access my blog while I'm there, so I will be anxiously awaiting comments!

I just wanna say...

Hello world and all who inhabit it! (in case your wondering, that's from SPONGEBOB) This be my first blog on this site, although I have made blogs on Myspace before, but nobody reads those unless you physically force someone to. (and they all pretty much suck anyway). Anyway, I am tres excited! Summer is finally here! But the downside is, I am SUPER bored! So feel free to email me and whatnot.

Wow this was really short so I assume you are still reading this. If you're not, phooey on you! No apprecitation for quality writing! *hmph* If you ARE still reading this, you are probably a friend of mine who's looking for something to make fun of the next time I see you, or you are a 35-year-old virgin living in your parents basement with no real job and no friends sitting at your computer waiting for your monthly newsletter from some Star Trek fansite and bidding on eBay for Darth Vader's left sock. I pity you.
